3. Course access
Enrollment grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access course materials for the duration specified in your purchase. You may not redistribute course content without permission.
4. Payments and refunds
Prices are displayed in USD. Payment is processed by our payment partners. Our refund policy is described in the FAQ and at checkout; certain courses may have special terms stated in their catalog entries.
5. Acceptable use

- Do not upload unlawful, infringing, or abusive content.
- Do not attempt to bypass security or disrupt the Services.
6. Intellectual property
All course materials, trademarks, and site design are owned by VerseNest Institute or its licensors. You retain rights to your original submissions; by submitting, you grant us a limited license to display them within the course.

Courses are educational and do not guarantee publication, professional outcomes, or financial results.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VerseNest Institute is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability for claims related to the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting support.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
